In this video, we’ll show you how to monitor storage usage in Salesforce. When maintaining and optimizing your Salesforce org, you may want easy access to information detailing what parts of your org are taking up the most storage. Luckily, we can easily access this information and get some detailed breakdowns from Setup. This makes it easy to figure out where most of the storage is being allocated to, and by who. To monitor storage usage in Salesforce, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to Setup.

2. In the Quick Find Box, type and select Storage Usage.

3. At the top of the page, you’ll see a breakdown of where your data is being used, and what the limits are.

4. Scrolling down, you’ll see a more detailed overview of data storage, object storage, and big object storage.

5. At the bottom of the page, you can even check storage usage by user, and clicking on one of them will provide details of where their storage usage is going to.
