In today’s video, we’ll show you how to Login as any user in Salesforce. This is a tool that users with the Systems Administrator profile can use to diagnose and debug issues that they see in their orgs. To login as any user in Salesforce, follow these steps.
1. Navigate to Setup.
2. In the Quick Find box, type and select Login Access Policies.
3. Under Setting, make sure ‘Administrators Can Login as Any User’ is enabled.
4. Now navigate to Users from the left-hand menu.
5. Select the user you want to login as.
6. Select the Login button to login as that user.
