In this video, we’ll show you how to give Salesforce Support Access to your Salesforce org. You may need to give Salesforce access when troubleshooting within your org. You can also grant support access to other providers you may have installed apps from. You can also select different durations for how long support access can be granted. Granting access can be done through your user’s settings menu – here’s how to find it:

1. Click on your avatar in the top-right corner and select Settings.
2. In the left-hand menu, select Grant Account Login Access.
3. Find Salesforce Support.
Under Access Duration, select the amount of time necessary.
4. Select Save.
