Changing Ownership in Salesforce

In this video, we’ll show you two different methods for changing ownership of records in Salesforce. This is an action that needs to be performed when records need to be transferred between owners. In some cases, you may also transfer ownership to a queue. 

Depending on how your Salesforce org is set up, you may also have the ability to change ownership via list views. This option will allow you to change ownership for multiple records easily.
