In today’s video, we’ll show you how to restrict login hours in Salesforce. For security reasons, you might not want certain user profiles accessing your
Salesforce org outside of normal business hours. Or, you might not want your users working after hours. In any case, we can update profiles to limit login hours in Salesforce so users have access only at the specified times. Here’s how we can do that.
1. Navigate to the Setup menu.
2. In the quick find box, type and select Profiles.
3. Select the Profile that you’d like to change Login Hours for.
4. Under Login Hours, click edit. Now, you’ll have access to change hours for this user profile.
5. Once complete, select Save.
