How to Send List Emails From Salesforce

A list email allows you to email to an individual email to each recipient in a list instead of one email to the entire group. So you can send individual and personalized, emails to recipients on contact and lead lists and members of a Salesforce campaign. You can also, choose individual records on a list or campaign view and send an email. You can use email templates with merge fields to customize each email.

Using the list email feature is intended to help business processes like your sales team who needs. to quickly follow up with customers, or send leads an invitation to a webinar. It could be used by your service team. to send surveys. It’s not meant to replace your email marketing tool but to supplement your communications.

Here’s how to send List Emails in Salesforce:

  1. While in a List View, check off the boxes of users you want to send an email to.
  2. In the top right, select the down arrow next to Add to Campaign and select Send List Email.
  3. Type in your subject and content. If you have an email template you’d like to use, you can insert it using the second button in the bottom left.
  4. Select Send.
