In this video, we show you how you can keep your prospects and customer lists clean. It’s a common issue for organizations to not know which records are prospects, nor which revenue is new vs. what is repeat business. Salesforce has a Type field for both the Account and Opportunity objects to help with this, where users can update these values when an Opportunity is Won. But to keep this process cleaner, we can actually automate this process with Process Builder. We’ll walk you through the process of automatically updating the type for both the Account and Opportunity objects that you can apply to your own org.
