RoyCon, a Salesforce partner, is proud and honored to announce it’s partnership with Vetforce. We have partnered with Vetforce to help hire Salesforce certified military veterans and spouses find their career in the Salesforce ecosystem. The Vetforce community currently has over 18,000 members focused on career success, we’re looking forward to the opportunity to work with and onboard some of America’s finest.

Thousands of honorably discharged veterans transition from the military each month, many lack the training and network to identify the best available options in the civilian world, Vetforce helps bridge that gap. The Vetforce program is a virtual, self-paced, free program for the military community, to help U.S veterans again Salesforce training, certification and related employment.

“Managing our business is about more than just the bottom line, but a social responsibility to give back and help those who have helped us earn our freedoms. We’re honored to partner with Vetforce and work with some of America’s finest.” Cole Conroy, President, RoyCon Technologies.

We’ve already hired Army Veteran Mike Hoal. Mike is an Army Veteran(Intelligence) and graduate of Colorado State University(MBA, concentration in Finance), University of Illinois(Master of Science Accounting), and Thomas Edison State College(Liberal Studies). Mike also earned an AA in Korean Studies from the Defense Language Institute. He is a certified project manager, scrum master, and lean six practitioner with a background in finance and accounting. He currently holds 2 Salesforce certifications, Salesforce Certified Administrator and Marketing Cloud Email Specialist. Learn more about Mike here.

“Proud and thankful to be a part of the team here at RoyCon Technologies that is showing a commitment to giving back, especially to the Veteran community by joining the Vetforce Alliance Partnership. Veterans bring a lot of skills and experience to the table and combining that with the training through Vetforce and the greater chance to enter a thriving Salesforce ecosystem is a recipe for success and mutually beneficial to the Veteran and his/her family as well as the organization hiring them.” Mike Hoal, Director of Operations, RoyCon Technologies
