In this video, we show you how to add an image to your email signature in Salesforce. This is useful when you want to add your company logo to your signature. You’ll need to have the image you want to use uploaded to your Files in Salesforce in order to use it. We’ll show you how to add an image to your email signature in both Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Classic.

In order to add an image to your e-mail signature, follow these steps:

1. Upload the image you want to use to your files. From that file, copy the public link.
2. Navigate to My Email Settings.
3. Under the Email Signature textbox, insert your image using the following format: <img src=”URL”></img>
4. Select save.
